Our company culture is composed of three elements:

Evolved PwC Professional: EPP

Together they make up our Evolved PwC Professional (EPP) – a framework based on the two dimensions “Trusted Leadership” and “Distinctive Outcomes”. Regardless of the grade, intern, manager, partner, ... – the EPP determines how we make a contribution for ourselves, our clients and the communities, for which we operate.

Learning and Growing

Working in a dynamic environment proves daily: you live and learn. Together we define your individual development focus and allow for important training steps through coaching, further education, interdisciplinary projects or learning leave.

Everyday Life
We acquire the largest part of our knowledge in our daily tasks that we are assigned – this is how we grow. This is how we gain valuable experience: in our teams and working with our clients.
