Viktoria Gass

Viktoria Grass has been a partner in the Deals department at PwC Austria since 2022.  She specialises in company valuation for transaction and corporate law purposes as well as in purchase price allocations. Her career at PwC has started in 2006 also in the field of company valuation. Thereafter, her career continued at a company in the energy industry in the field of business development and as an assistant to the management board. Before returning to PwC Austria, she had worked for a financial advisory firm, also focusing on company valuations and modeling. Born in Vienna, she studied international business administration with a focus on corporate finance and controlling at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She graduated in energy and environmental economics at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna.
