Nicole Prieller has been a partner at PwC Austria since 2020 and has many years of experience at the intersection of digitalization, customer experience, and business transformation. As head of the Customer Transformation practice, she and her team help companies effectively combine digital technologies, customer-centricity, and modern organizational development. The focus is always on people as the key factor in sustainable transformation.
As AI Lead & Head of Alliances & Ecosystems, she is also responsible for PwC Austria’s company-wide internal and external AI agenda, as well as its technology partner ecosystem. In this role, she shapes the strategic development of AI and technology partnerships and brings together innovation, technology, and business transformation.
As early as 2008, Nicole Prieller co-founded the first Austrian consulting firm focused on digital and business transformation, which has been part of PwC since 2020. Prior to that, she spent more than ten years in strategic, communications, and sales-oriented leadership roles in the FMCG industry, the mobile communications sector, and the media industry.
In addition, Nicole Prieller is committed to promoting female talent and leaders and is active as a mentor in the Austrian business community.
