Nicole Prieller is a partner at PwC Austria since 2020 and leads the Digital & Customer Transformation team. With nearly 30 years of professional experience, she supports companies in effectively linking digitalization, customer centricity, and modern organizational development—always with a special focus on the people involved in the change process.
A central aspect of her work is the strategic use of data and artificial intelligence to sustainably strengthen customer engagement models, processes, and organizations.
As early as 2008, Nicole Prieller co-founded the first Austrian consulting firm for Digital & Business Transformation, which has been part of PwC since 2020. Before that, she spent more than ten years in strategic, communications-, and sales-oriented roles in the FMCG industry, the mobile communications sector, and media.
In her role at PwC, Prieller and her team are responsible for comprehensive transformation programs that realign and future-proof customer experience, marketing, service, and sales. These include customer-centric strategies, modern customer journeys, data-driven sales optimization, digital service models, process optimization, as well as the transformation of marketing, sales, and service.
Another focus is on designing powerful omnichannel and customer engagement architectures, where AI-based automation and personalization increasingly play a decisive role.
Within PwC Austria’s D&I Leadership Team and internal women’s networks, Nicole Prieller is committed to promoting female talents and leaders. Additionally, she works as a mentor in the Austrian business community.
