Aslan Milla

Aslan Milla has almost 30 years of experience in the field of public accounting and specialises in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements of large and medium-sized companies in accordance with Austrian and international standards, providing advice and support with the introduction of group reporting in accordance with international accounting regulations, the introduction of group management information systems, the improvement of internal control systems in various industries, as well as corporate governance and company-wide risk management.

Aslan is also a member of AFRAC (Austrian Financial Reporting and Auditing Committee – Austrian Accounting Advisory Board), a member of the expert committee for Company Law and Audit of the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors and Public Accountants (KSW), a member of the Austrian working group on Corporate Governance, and since 2010 has been the chair of the auditors’ professional group within the KSW.
